No More Naps - What Next?

Once your child no longer takes naps it is a good idea to have quiet time instead. This may involve something like having him play quietly in his room, having book time, or having him rest in his bed for a bit. This quiet time helps to refresh your child so that he
will be much happier and better able to function for the rest of the day.

It's pretty easy to let quiet time get neglected. Trust me, don't do it! You and your child will suffer because of this. Plus, what parent doesn't' like a little alone time to themselves while their child takes a much needed rest?
